Every Robo RPT report can be organized into the following sections:
Summary of Situation
A brief overview of what occurred, where it happened, and why security became involved.
Officer Observations
Specific details personally seen, heard, or otherwise observed by the officer.
Action Taken
A chronological record of the officer’s response, including verbal requests, warnings, notifications, patrol activity, and emergency calls.
Emergency Response
Documentation of police, fire department, or emergency medical response when applicable.
Results
The final outcome of the incident, including whether the issue was resolved or additional action is required.
Follow-Up Recommendations
Information for property management, maintenance, supervisors, law enforcement, or the next security shift.
